1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Useful Goose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Useful Goose.

2. Service description

Useful Goose is a SaaS platform that generates marketing content assets using AI from customer reviews you provide. The Service includes content generation, brand profile management, and integrations with third-party platforms.

3. User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• Only submit reviews and content you have the right to use
• Not use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws when distributing generated content

4. Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Credit packs are billed at time of purchase and do not expire. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the review content you submit. You own the marketing assets generated from your content. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and any underlying AI models or proprietary systems.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Useful Goose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
